Job Summary
Assist banks and finance companies with delinquent auto loans by placing them out for repossession through our network of contracted agents. Gather and analyze information from court records, credit headers, and location databases to locate vehicles using automatic license plate recognition software. Coordinate repossession activities with field agents and proactively monitor accounts to address client issues. Manage the full repossession process via inbound and outbound calls while utilizing multiple computer monitors and data entry tools. Work in a full-time, on-site Dallas office environment Monday through Friday, 8-5 (9-6 available post-training). This role requires strong communication skills, fluency in English, and reliable transportation to the cubicle office setting.
Required Qualifications
- Must have experience working in a fast paced environment
- Must have the ability to multi-task and stay organized
- Must have the ability to use multiple computer monitors
- Must have the ability to make inbound/outbound calls
- Must possess entry level data entry skills
- Must be able to work full-time, M-F 8-5
- 9-6 is available after the training period
- Must have strong computer skills
- Must be internet savvy
- Must have strong communication skills
- Must be fluent in English (reading, writing, speaking)
- Must have reliable transportation to and from work
- Minimum 2 year customer service experience
- High School Diploma or G.E.D.
- Legal authorization to work in the U.S. indefinitely is required
Desired Qualifications
- Experience using Google Suite applications
- Gather, analyze, or evaluate information from a variety of sources, such as court records, credit header data, people location software
- Use various location databases and software packages to locate vehicles subject to repossession (automatic license plate recognition software)
- Work closely with repossession agents to coordinate activities
- Manage the repossession process for bank clients
- Work closely with bank employees
- Proactively monitor accounts and address a variety of issues
- Experience interacting with business clients via phone/email
- Strong attention to detail
