Forward Engineer for Nanites

Forward Engineer for Nanites at ING leads and organizes an engineering community around the Nanites agentic platform. You will design, implement, and promote agentic workflows for microservices, lead engagements across ING, gather feedback, and communicate complex technical concepts in English. The role focuses on backend technology stacks, collaboration with platform teams, golden path owners, and product teams, and driving the adoption of new engineering practices using AI tooling, with responsibilities including leading conversations about relevant technologies, learning new ones, and sharing knowledge to drive practical, impactful solutions. A proven track record as an engineering community lead and strong expertise in ING IT technology stacks, AI for Engineering, CI/CD pipelines, templates, SDKs, and open-source contributions are required.
