Job Summary
Forward Deployment Engineer (FDE) responsible for acting as the technical authority on assigned product lines during sales engagements, owning a specific SME focus (e.g., Data Feeds, Analytics, Compliance), and translating client problems into Pixalate configurations. Drive end-to-end trial ownership, map client requirements to platform solutions, define Use Case Documents, validate technical feasibility, and collaborate with Sales, Engineering, and Product teams to reduce blockers and drive revenue. Perform post-integration handoffs to Customer Success, ensure live solutions meet defined outcomes, and mitigate churn by demonstrating tangible value to clients. Emphasis on data integration, APIs, architecture, ad tech knowledge, and cross-functional communication to support trials and deployments across global teams.
Required Qualifications
- Strong understanding of data integration, APIs, and system architecture
- Experience translating business requirements into technical configurations
- Familiarity with ad tech, fraud detection, or digital analytics platforms
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for client-facing interactions
- Ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Experience working cross-functionally with Sales, Engineering, and Product teams
- Proven ability to diagnose and resolve complex integration challenges
- Track record of creative problem-solving in ambiguous technical environments
- Strong documentation and process definition skills
