Job Summary
Lead technical execution for a flagship enterprise deployment by owning the delivery of Presto's Voice AI platform for a major national restaurant partner. Direct engineering teams to build, launch, and scale AI agent capabilities across a nationwide rollout while ensuring system reliability in complex, noisy environments. Translate operational requirements and customer workflows into scalable AI behaviors, guiding technical decisions and managing dependencies across platform, infrastructure, and deployment operations. Monitor production performance, analyze feedback, and refine agent behavior to drive continuous improvement. Collaborate with cross-functional partners to implement conversation logic and system integrations, evolving the platform architecture to support large-scale enterprise deployments.
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience working closely with engineering teams in product management, technical program management, or engineering leadership roles
- Strong experience coordinating complex cross-functional projects in fast-moving technology environments
- Strong technical background with experience building or launching complex software or AI systems
- Experience working with AI products, voice systems, conversational AI, or automation platforms
- Strong systems thinking and comfort working across APIs, integrations, and distributed systems
- Experience delivering production software in fast-moving startup environments
- Ability to translate real-world operational problems into technical product requirements
- Proven ability to drive projects across teams through influence rather than authority
- Exceptional organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills
