Forward Deployed Strategist (m/w/d)

End-to-end responsibility for enterprise deployments, steering implementation from kickoff through Go-Live for strategic large accounts. Lead discovery workshops with C-level executives to translate complex processes into functional systems, leveraging technical fluency in REST APIs, SQL, and data models to resolve integration questions directly. Secure genuine adoption by managing change, training key users, and converting customer insights into scalable product features. Support enterprise sales teams with complex solution concepts and technical validation prior to contract closure. Collaborate closely with founders, product, and engineering to build prototypes and close product gaps.
