Job Summary
Lead Strategic Discovery and Architect AI-native solutions using LLMs, RAG pipelines, retrieval logic, and workflow orchestration. Collaborate with FDSEs to build, test, and iterate AI-enabled solutions; create repeatable frameworks, templates, and modular components; influence customer and executive buy-in through clear storytelling and solution framing; enable scale with documentation and technical onboarding assets. Travel up to 30% to embed onsite with customers, leading workshops and driving tangible outcomes. Strong emphasis on applying AI to enterprise problems, delivering measurable value, and shaping platform evolution within the Now ecosystem.
Required Qualifications
- 12+ years of overall experience
- 5–7+ years in enterprise AI/ML architecture, field engineering, or solution consulting
- Strong grasp of LLM-based systems and GenAI pipelines (prompt engineering, retrieval-augmented generation, orchestration)
- Experience with Python and SQL
- Ability to lead cross-functional technical teams and influence executive stakeholders
- Willingness to travel up to 30% to embed onsite with customers
