Job Summary
Lead the development and deployment of innovative software solutions within the Tax practice, driving digital transformation and enhancing business performance. Manage software engineering projects from planning and budgeting through execution and completion, overseeing integration of enterprise applications and optimizing system performance. Guide teams in designing, coding, and testing applications while mentoring staff to develop skills and encourage continuous learning. Collaborate with client support teams to resolve software issues and address conflicts with stakeholders, escalating matters as appropriate. Implement continuous integration and delivery practices to streamline development processes and promote adoption of innovative technologies. Up to 80% travel required.
Required Qualifications
- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 4 years of experience
