Job Summary
Collaborate with data scientists, machine learning engineers, and customers to build and deploy physics AI applications that optimize engineering workflows. Design end-to-end tools by constructing low-lift prototypes, iterating on user feedback, and shipping solutions directly to clients across North America, Europe, Asia, and Oceania. Develop and maintain RESTful APIs and microservices in Python using FastAPI, Helm, Kubernetes, and Terraform to serve large physics models on cloud infrastructure. Distill complex multi-use-case solutions into fundamental platform components and drive feature development to enhance core offerings. Work directly with customers in customer sites for an average of 3-4 weeks per quarter to solve critical problems and shape impactful tools.
Required Qualifications
- Someone with a track record of solving hard problems
- Must be able to travel to customer sites in North America, Europe, Asia, Oceania, for an average of 3-4 weeks per quarter
- Must be able to receive software or technology controlled under U.S. export control laws and regulations without sponsorship for an export license
Desired Qualifications
- Background in Mechanical Engineering or similar
- Solid foundation in software engineering
