Job Summary
Collaborate with sales and support teams to drive EU expansion while interfacing directly with customers to gather feedback and build specific features. Provide pre- and post-sales technical support, ensuring timely resolution of all technical questions and issues. Design, develop, and optimize intuitive frontend interfaces using React and Next.js, alongside robust backend services, APIs, and real-time data processing infrastructure. Implement and refine the in-house Large Language Model and real-time interview technology, leading customer-facing projects from conception through production deployment. This role supports global operational support for the platform within a tight-knit team serving major enterprises like Hubspot and Microsoft.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of software engineering experience building and supporting production-grade frontend and backend systems
- Experience in a customer-facing role
- Strong proficiency with JavaScript/TypeScript, React, and Next.js
- Experience building scalable, responsive web applications
- Familiarity integrating frontend applications with RESTful or GraphQL APIs
- Strong proficiency with Python and Django, including experience building robust APIs
- Extensive knowledge of SQL databases (Postgres preferred)
- Experience deploying and managing services on AWS
- Strong understanding of UI/UX principles and best practices
Desired Qualifications
- Bonus points for familiarity with real-time data visualization, real-time data streaming and export, WebRTC, or AI/ML infrastructure
