Job Summary
Own end-to-end deployment success by identifying site topology issues, edge cases, and debugging failures, then writing code to fix them and roll out solutions across the fleet. Drive fast iteration cycles of hours and days to improve robot behavior and autonomy while taking product notes on new opportunities for the wider team. Act as the primary ambassador on construction sites, directly engaging with clients and stakeholders to support robot operations. Work onsite five days a week in our Amsterdam facility, driving early to construction sites to solve complex problems in high-stress environments.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to code
- At least 2 years of experience doing this professionally
- Fluent in English (spoken and written)
- Onsite five days a week
- Wake up early to drive to a construction site on-time
Desired Qualifications
- Comfortable with basic mathematics (e.g., linear algebra)
- Reasoning geometrically
- A British passport
- Experience on a construction site
