Job Summary
The Forward Deployed Product Manager will partner directly with enterprise customers to ensure successful adoption and integration of Neon’s AI automation platform. Responsibilities include managing customer relationships, translating needs into technical specifications, driving implementations, diagnosing issues, managing timelines, and expanding customer usage. Candidates should have strong analytical skills, technical curiosity, and experience in customer-facing roles, ideally within SaaS or automation platforms.
Required Qualifications
- Experience navigating complex workflows in SaaS or automation platforms
- Track record of leading implementations, technical onboarding, or product rollout programs
- Ability to influence, align, and communicate clearly
Desired Qualifications
- Strong presence with enterprise stakeholders
- Experience in consulting, data-heavy operational environments, or technical product roles
