Job Summary
Forward Deployed Product Manager serves as the customer's technical partner to plan, coordinate, and successfully launch integrations using the Gigs API. The role blends technical, strategic, and operational duties across customer success, product, engineering, and growth teams; responsibilities include delivering API integrations, advising on UX/UI flows, coordinating with multiple internal teams, and shaping roadmaps and milestones for complex implementations across geographies. Strong emphasis on project management, cross-functional collaboration, and hands-on execution in a fast-paced, product-led environment; must be capable of working with high-growth FinTech/HR tech customers and communicating effectively with executives.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in Implementation, Professional Services, or Product Management at a B2B or SaaS tech company
- Experience with API integrations and webhooks
- Strong project management skills with ability to manage multiple high-priority projects
- Clear communication with diverse stakeholders including C-level executives
- Ability to scope, coordinate, and deliver complex API integrations across geographies
- Experience working with Product and Engineering to define features and roadmaps
- Ability to operate in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment
Desired Qualifications
