Job Summary
As a Forward Deployed Product Manager for AI Agent, you will be responsible for creating, deploying, and optimizing AI Agents that transform customers' businesses. Key responsibilities include owning the deployment lifecycle, driving AI Agent outcomes by defining metrics, leading customer relationships, facilitating workshops, and collaborating closely with Forward Deployed Engineers to enhance agent development and customer deployment. Ideal candidates should have over five years of relevant experience, a strong technical background, and a passion for AI and automation.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in Technology Consulting, Implementations, Product, or Customer Success roles, ideally working closely with AI or LLM first products
- Hands-on work style with curiosity and a bias for action
- Experience leading complex deployments, owning customer relationships, and working cross-functionally
- Strong technical understanding, systems thinking and exposure to building Agents
- Comfortable working with ambiguity in a dynamic startup environment
- Passion for AI, automation, and shaping the future of customer experience
Desired Qualifications
- Background in product management, conversation design or forward deployed engineering roles
- Experience in a startup or high-growth SaaS environment
- Familiarity with customer support and contact center operations
