Job Summary
Translate business requirements into technical architecture and implementation plans; lead end-to-end healthcare revenue cycle optimization by partnering with Process Engineers and consulting teams to define product visions, roadmaps, and future state process flows. Provide technical and operational guidance, design stakeholder communication plans, and develop training and change-management strategies to drive adoption. Establish measurable value through KPI/SLA monitoring, collaborate with executive teams to align medical coding with strategic objectives, and optimize ICD-10-CM/PCS, CPT/HCPCS coding workflows using AI-enabled approaches. Serve as a liaison between executive leadership and operational teams to ensure effective implementation of best practices. Travel up to 50% to engage with clients and stakeholders.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in healthcare client facing consulting.
- Healthcare certifications in coding audits are a plus.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to influence key stakeholders.
- Proficiency in data analysis, cross-functional collaboration, and problem-solving.
- Significant experience in project management, process improvement, and implementation support.
