Job Summary
Translate business and operational requirements into solution design artifacts, future-state process flows, and implementation plans; partner with Process Engineers and cross-functional teams to support end-to-end delivery of assigned use cases; conduct current-state assessments and process mapping; provide operational and technical guidance during implementation, go-live, and stabilization; develop stakeholder communication plans and support client-facing discussions; design or contribute to training and change management plans to drive adoption; define and maintain KPIs and SLAs for engagements and monitor steady-state performance; identify risks and dependencies and recommend mitigation strategies; work environment includes on-site or remote depending on assignment with up to 75% travel.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in consulting, healthcare operations, enterprise software, or implementation support
- Strong problem-solving and solution design skills
- Ability to translate operational needs into executable delivery plans
- Stakeholder engagement and cross functional collaboration
- Comfort working with data, metrics, and AI-enabled tools
