Forward Deployed Operator

Forward Deployed Operator for Terranova responsible for deploying, operating, and improving robotic land-elevation systems in field environments. The role is hands-on, field-heavy, and involves running machines, fixing equipment, operating heavy machinery, moving heavy materials, and performing field procedures such as site preparation, injection work, and data collection. Collaboration with mechanical, embedded systems, and senior engineers to test hardware, improve automation/autopilot features, and refine field workflows. The position requires working outdoors, solving complex real-time problems, strong communication, safety discipline, and the ability to perform physical labor. A non-degree requirement is accepted, with emphasis on practical experience in robotics, mechanical/electrical systems, pumps, hydraulics, construction equipment, field operations, and controls.
