Job Summary
Technical Recruiter role owning full-cycle recruiting for highly technical Forward Deployed Engineering positions, partnering with hiring managers to design thoughtful search strategies, build pipelines across engineering and customer-facing roles, and close rare candidates. You’ll run end-to-end recruitment for solutions engineers, deployment strategists, and similar roles, manage complex searches across multiple regions, and continuously raise the bar on hiring processes while representing ElevenLabs in candidate interactions. The role emphasizes ownership, problem-solving, and scalable hiring systems in a global, remote-first environment with a focus on high-quality technical talent.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience hiring top-tier technical and forward deployed talent in competitive markets (3+ years preferred, impact over years)
- Experience running full-cycle technical recruiting, including sourcing strategy, stakeholder management, and closing
- Strong ability to manage high-complexity searches with many moving parts
- Skilled at translating technical and business needs into clear hiring strategies and compelling candidate narratives
- Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to build trust with deeply technical candidates and senior stakeholders
- Comfortable operating in fast-paced, remote-first environments and collaborating across global time zones
- Curious, creative, and genuinely interested in engineering, AI, and how teams are built
