Job Summary
Manage the on-prem lifecycle for stateful agent infrastructure, including helm chart upgrades, release trains, and rollback paths. Pull diverged customer forks back onto supported charts with guardrails while contributing to onboarding processes that deploy new customers in days. Debug across the stack by analyzing temporal workflows, k8s init ordering, storage, and auth-refresh pipelines. Support the security surface through CVE triage, patching, and root cause analysis. This internship focuses on defining reliable, repeatable on-prem agent deployment across customers running the platform in their own environments, leveraging a team that recently tripled ARR with backing from Lightspeed and Vercel's Guillermo Rauch.
Required Qualifications
- experience building in environments you don't fully control — homelab, VPC, self-hosted
- curiosity about kubernetes and helm
- experience building with language models
- opinions on agents and MCP
- comfort in linux
- ability to write a clear RCA
- ability to build trust
- ability to admit what you don't know
