Forward Deployed Engineer with German (f/m/x)

Job Summary
Build agentic systems and embed them in clients' value chains to drive efficiencies and top-line growth. Deliver technical artifacts like agents, MCP servers, and agent skills for production workflows, while developing build and deployment patterns for both internal use and the open-source community. Continuously maintain knowledge of LLM capabilities and AI product stacks, embedding closely with client teams to proactively spot AI deployment opportunities throughout engagement lifecycles. Expand accilium's build capabilities for agentic systems and deploy solutions for internal value chains. This role supports the DACH market with travel to on-site client locations, requiring German and English at C1+ levels, and involves working on Project aIQ to ship weekly builds of the organization's AI-native platform.
Required Qualifications
- University degree
- German and English at C1+ level
- Willingness to travel to build on-site with our clients in DACH
Desired Qualifications
- ideally with exposure to AI, mathematics, physics, or software engineering, data science
- 2-3 years of engineering or technical deployment experience that includes customer-facing work
- Strong track record based on actual build products (GitHub profile, portfolio, or examples of systems you've shipped)
- Process-design instinct and hands-on experience with analytical, generative and agentic AI stack (agent harnesses, context engineering, skills)
- Deep understanding of how model behavior affects enterprise outcomes
- Ability to operate autonomously and thrive under ambiguity as well as under pressure
- Ambition to move fast and take risks
- Strong presentation, facilitation, problem-solving and interpersonal skills
