Job Summary
As a Forward Deployed Engineer, you will implement, customize, and optimize our AI account management platform for enterprise clients. This role involves deploying and configuring the platform, building custom integrations, developing client-specific features using Python, and providing technical support during implementation. Strong proficiency in Python and knowledge of database technologies such as PostgreSQL and DynamoDB are essential. You will work directly with customers to understand their needs and collaborate with engineering teams to refine product features. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills are vital for success in this customer-facing position.
Required Qualifications
- Strong proficiency in Python
- Experience with APIs, webhooks, and system integrations
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
- Knowledge of AI/ML concepts
- Excellent communication skills with both technical and business stakeholders
- 3+ years of software engineering experience
- Previous experience in customer-facing technical roles
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with Snowflake, Databricks or similar data warehouses
- Background in B2B SaaS environments
- Experience with account management or sales technology systems
