Job Summary
As a Forward Deployed Engineer at Synthflow, you will implement, customize, and optimize AI phone agent solutions for enterprise customers. Your responsibilities include leading end-to-end implementations, collaborating with customer teams to align technical deployments with business objectives, developing integrations with CRMs and telephony systems, and addressing technical challenges to ensure a frictionless experience. You should have 3–6 years of experience in a technical, customer-facing role, be comfortable with coding, and possess strong communication skills, with fluency in both Spanish and English.
Required Qualifications
- 3–6 years of experience in a technical, customer-facing role such as Forward Deployed Engineer, Implementation Engineer, or Solutions Engineer
- Hands-on problem solver comfortable writing and debugging code (e.g., Python, JavaScript, or low-code integrations)
- Led enterprise software implementations or integrations, involving APIs, CRMs, or telephony platforms
- Experience or deep interest in AI/ML technologies, especially conversational AI or LLM-based systems
- Strong communicator bridging technical and business perspectives
- Thrive in fast-paced, collaborative environments
- Fluent in both Spanish and English
Desired Qualifications
- Experience integrating or supporting telephony providers, SIP, or contact center systems
- Background in LLM prompting, AI orchestration, or intelligent automation
- Familiarity with enterprise post-sales success frameworks (adoption, enablement, value realization)
- Track record of driving renewals, expansions, or measurable customer outcomes in enterprise settings
