Job Summary
Diagnose AI failures by analyzing conversation logs, refining prompts, and troubleshooting conversational behavior to resolve issues with customers. Serve as the primary technical contact for enterprise accounts by joining calls, explaining root causes in plain language, and translating feedback into structured product input. Configure and monitor back-office automations, support integrations between STAN and property management systems, and run data analysis on outcomes to generate decision-ready reporting.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years in SaaS
- Experience in professional services, technical account management, solutions engineering, or a forward-deployed engineering role
- Real technical depth with AI/LLM-based products
- Understanding of how prompts, context, and model behavior interact
- Ability to troubleshoot systematically rather than by guesswork
- Basic backend engineering skills
- Comfort with APIs, webhooks, reading logs, querying data (SQL), and light scripting (Python or similar)
- Strong analytical instincts
- Ability to take raw conversation or ticket data and produce a defensible read on what's actually happening
- Excellent client-facing communication
- Ability to remain calm under pressure
- Ability to be credible with executives
- Ability to communicate precisely without jargon
- Ownership mentality
- Ability to close loops
- Ability to flag risks early
- Comfort being the accountable name on an enterprise relationship
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in conversational AI, voice AI, or contact center technology
- Workflow automation or systems integration experience
- Exposure to property management software (Yardi, AppFolio, Vantaca, CINC) or the HOA/community management industry
- Prompt engineering experience in a production environment
