Job Summary
Forward Deployed Engineer leading end-to-end deployments of frontier models in production for strategic customers. You will own discovery, technical scoping, system design, build, and production rollout, partnering directly with customer engineering and domain teams. You’ll measure success through production adoption, measurable workflow impact, and eval-driven feedback that informs product and model roadmaps. Collaborate with Product, Research, Partnerships, GRC, Security, and GTM teams. This role is based in Seoul with a hybrid work model (3 days in the office per week) and relocation assistance; up to 50% travel is expected. Responsibilities include delivering full-stack systems to deliver customer value, embedding with customer teams to drive adoption, scoping work and removing blockers, balancing scope-speed-quality, contributing code when needed, codifying patterns into reusable tools, and sharing field feedback to inform product and research improvements.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years engineering or technical deployment experience including customer-facing work
- experience delivering complex systems in fast-moving or ambiguous environments
- proficiency in production-grade code across frontend and backend using Python and JavaScript
- experience with systems powered by LLMs or generative models and understanding model behaviour’s impact on product experience
