Job Summary
Forward Deployed Engineer (FDE) at Synera, remote in France with hybrid work option. Build workflows and multi-agent systems, lead customer workshops, optimize agent prompts, and integrate CAD/CAE workflows into an AI-enabled platform. Regularly visit customers (up to 50%), collaborate with product managers, and translate technical solutions into business value for top engineering teams (e.g., Airbus, BMW, NASA). Requires location in/around Paris or Lyon, strong CAD/CAE tool experience, proficiency in Python and C#, excellent client-facing communication, and ability to operate in a fast-paced, multi-stakeholder environment.
Required Qualifications
- Located in/around Paris or Lyon (France)
- Technical background in Computational, Automation or Mechanical Engineering
- Experience working with customers and communicating business value with technical solutions
- Experience with CAD/CAE tools (e.g. OptiStruct, Siemens NX, CATIA, ANSYS, Nastran, Abaqus, LS-DYNA)
- Experience in C# and Python coding
- Ability to juggle multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
- Native French speaker with strong English proficiency
