Job Summary
Forward Deployed Engineer at Rayn responsible for leading tailored technical demos and POC engagements aligned to client business outcomes, partnering with Account Executives in pre-sales, conducting technical discovery workshops, building demo environments and prototypes, delivering frontend flows and interactive demos, responding to RFPs/RFIs, capturing field insights for product feedback, owning end-to-end features, and developing user guides with clear communication to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Must have 3–5 years in pre-sales/solutions engineering or technical consulting, strong backend language skills (Python, Java, or Node.js), cloud experience (AWS/GCP/Azure), familiarity with AI tooling, and excellent communication in ambiguous, multi-client environments.
