Forward Deployed Engineer
On-siteSan Francisco, California, United States
Job Summary
Own end-to-end delivery of custom integrations for strategic customers, taking technical conversations from whiteboards to production code running in their environments. Build against external APIs and infrastructure you did not design, writing code yourself rather than handing it off. Work daily embedded with customer engineers and stakeholders within their tools and timelines, while deciding when a request is a one-off versus a product gap. Debug integrations failing on inaccessible customer infrastructure using logs, screen shares, and patience. Carry problems from initial discovery to shipped code without a clear handoff, acting as the final link in the chain.
