Job Summary
Translate Operator Playbooks into running systems and deploy AI Operators into real customer environments. Integrate systems including ERP, accounting, inbox, and legacy workflows while defining clear boundaries between agent logic and deterministic execution. Ensure systems remain stable, explainable, and controllable by identifying edge cases and hardening them against failure. Work directly with customers to understand their processes, collaborating on unstructured data and messy integrations. Operate with high autonomy and rapid iteration, moving quickly from idea to implementation in an AI-native environment. This role bridges the gap between functional prototypes and stable production, focusing on practical system design and operational reality.
Required Qualifications
- Starke Backend-Skills (Node / Python / TypeScript)
- Erfahrung mit APIs, Workflows, Queues und State
- Verständnis für produktive Systeme (Logging, Idempotenz, Retries, Monitoring)
- Erfahrung mit LLM-Systemen oder die Fähigkeit, schnell zu lernen
- Sehr gutes Deutsch und Englisch (kundennahe Rolle)
- Hohe Eigenverantwortung
- Viel Gestaltungsspielraum
- Schnelle Iteration statt langer Planungsphasen
