Job Summary
Manage the on-prem lifecycle for stateful agent infrastructure, including helm chart upgrades, weekly release trains, and rollback paths. Resolve diverged customer forks into supported charts while maintaining security guardrails, and accelerate new customer onboarding to deploy in days. Debug cross-stack issues involving temporal workflows, kubernetes init ordering, storage, and auth-refresh pipelines. Support the security surface through CVE triage, patching, and root cause analysis. This role defines reliable, repeatable on-prem deployment standards for Composio's AI agent infrastructure, leveraging a lean engineering team backed by a $25M Series A.
Required Qualifications
- you've built in environments you don't fully control — homelab, VPC, self-hosted — and like figuring out why systems break
- curious about kubernetes and helm; you want to go deep
- ai native — you've built with language models and have opinions on agents and MCP
- comfortable in linux; you can write a clear RCA
- human — you build trust and admit what you don't know
