Job Summary
Own end-to-end technical delivery from discovery through go-live, configuring extensions and integrations that ship into customer instances. Prove value by instrumenting deployments, measuring outcomes against baselines, and presenting evidence to operational users and executives. Serve as the technical face to US retailers, learning operations deeply enough to challenge requirements and become the first call for new problems. Feed the product by capturing field use cases, prototyping solutions for the roadmap, and building customer self-sufficiency through knowledge transfer. Grow the account by surfacing adjacent use cases and shaping technical solutions with pre-sales. Support commercial activity with feasibility assessments, proofs of concept, and demos grounded in technical reality.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience designing and building scalable data pipelines for large-scale data processing in production
- Strong understanding of data modeling, observability, and hypothesis-driven development
- Experience building integrations for downstream or customer-facing systems
- Solid working knowledge of cloud platforms, and modern data stacks
- Strong business acumen: you can translate technical work into measurable financial impact and communicate it clearly to a non-technical audience
- Comfortable managing ambiguity and taking full ownership of outcomes
- Willingness to travel and to work on-site at customer locations for parts of an engagement
- Comfortable using AI in your everyday work and developing AI tool adoption as an organizational strategy
- Must be fluent in English
- Must be based in the U.S.
- Must hold a valid work permit for the U.S.
