Job Summary
Forward Deployed Engineer responsible for the design and implementation of integration architectures, debugging production issues, and ensuring reliable, scalable deployments across enterprise IT landscapes; works hands-on with API integrations, data flows, and customer-facing implementations to deploy and optimize AI Agent infrastructure. This is a technical, hands-on, customer-facing role for engineers who solve concrete problems and see their solutions run in production at global scale.
Required Qualifications
- Experience as Forward Deployed Engineer, Solutions Engineer, Implementation Engineer, or similar technical role
- Comfortable working with APIs, integrations, structured data, and system connectivity
- Clear communication and collaboration with customers and internal teams
- Interest in AI and how it supports operational workflows
- High ownership, ability to influence product direction and customer outcomes
- Bonus: experience with SAP, Coupa, Ariba or other procurement/ERP ecosystems
