Job Summary
Embed in a business function to map workflows and surface AI opportunities, translate business problems into scoped use cases, and design/build AI solutions using Microsoft AI platforms (Copilot Studio, Azure OpenAI, M365) with RAG pipelines and agent workflows. Prototype quickly, test with real users, and deliver integrated solutions that drive adoption and measurable business value. Collaborate with stakeholders across data teams and platform partners, communicate progress and risks succinctly, and contribute to scalable patterns and practices to enable ongoing operation and evolution of AI solutions after the engagement.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years in software engineering, solutions engineering, applied AI, or a closely related technical role
- Hands-on experience building and deploying AI, automation, or intelligent workflow solutions in real business settings
- Strong working knowledge of LLMs, prompt design, retrieval-based architectures, orchestration, and agent-based systems
- Comfortable integrating with enterprise APIs, data sources, and workflow platforms
- Ability to communicate technical decisions clearly to business and leadership audiences
