Job Summary
Forward Deployed Engineer to deliver custom, production-ready AI solutions for acquired organizations. Lead design and deployment of intelligent agents across complex workflows, owning discovery, prototyping, configuration, testing, and launch. Responsibilities include partnering with acquired companies to scope and implement AI Agent use cases, tuning agent behavior to deliver measurable outcomes, troubleshooting deployments, rapid iteration for performance and accuracy, and documenting technical decisions for stable deployments. Required skills include proficiency in Python, experience with AI/ML frameworks (OpenAI, Hugging Face, LangChain, Pinecone, Weaviate), building LLM/RAG/conversational AI workflows, API/middleware integrations (Salesforce, ServiceNow, SAP, Oracle), and strong communication with customers.
Required Qualifications
- 2–5 years of experience in a software engineering, solutions engineering, or ML deployment role
- Proficiency in Python
- Working knowledge of AI/ML frameworks (e.g. OpenAI, Hugging Face, LangChain, Pinecone, Weaviate)
- Familiarity with building LLM applications, RAG systems, or conversational AI workflows
- Experience integrating with enterprise systems via APIs or middleware (e.g. Salesforce, ServiceNow, SAP, Oracle)
- Ability to translate business problems into technical solutions
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Bias toward action, ownership, and continuous learning
