Job Summary
Forward Deployed Engineer responsible for end-to-end technical delivery for enterprise engagements, embedding with client teams to scope high-value AI-powered workflows, architect integrations, orchestrate AI models, and prove ROI in weeks. Lead with executives during onboarding and value phases, collaborate with Product/Data Science/Backend teams to deliver scalable, explainable AI integrations, and partner with sales/customer success to ensure onboarding, adoption, and expansion. Requires 5+ years in a client-facing technical role, strong Python-based experience with cloud/data-stack tools (GCP, Docker, FastAPI, LangChain/LangGraph, Elasticsearch, Snowflake, BigQuery), and bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish. The role is fully remote until the Mexico City office opens in fall 2026, at which point it will transition to a hybrid schedule; candidates must be based in Mexico City.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years in a hybrid technical + client-facing role
- Experience deploying AI/ML workflows or intelligent applications
- Strong coding background in Python
- Familiarity with GCP, Docker, FastAPI, LangChain/LangGraph
- Elasticsearch, Snowflake, BigQuery
- Experience with data pipelines and distributed systems
- Strong communication skills
- Fluent in English and Spanish
