Job Summary
As a Forward Deployed Engineer, you will be the technical face of RELEX Fresh to US grocery retailers, owning high-impact AI deployments from pre-sales to production, including managing customer Proof of Concepts and ensuring solutions deliver measurable business outcomes. You will collaborate with Sales to translate business needs into technical solutions and work closely with Engineers to deliver production-ready AI applications. The role requires strong experience in AI deployment, familiarity with cloud platforms, and the ability to manage ambiguity and take ownership of outcomes.
Required Qualifications
- Deep Engineering experience in a related field
- Strong business acumen

- Understanding of machine learning fundamentals
- Experience deploying machine learning or AI solutions
- Experience working with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
