Forward Deployed Engineer

Forward Deployed Engineer at Freeday, Rotterdam-based, hybrid work arrangement. Bridge between clients and product team to implement intelligent automation (GenAI/ML/RPA) within client processes, ensuring delivered solutions provide real value. Responsibilities include translating business processes into technical implementations, configuring and deploying digital employees, building prototypes for new ideas, researching and setting up integrations with external systems (e.g., Discord, HubSpot, SharePoint), troubleshooting, and standardizing automation processes. Must have a technical background (e.g., Computer Science, AI, Econometrics or Data), experience with APIs, databases and automation tools, proficiency in Python or JavaScript, ability to prototype and explain work clearly, and fluency in English. Based in the Netherlands with the Rotterdam office option and hybrid remote work.
