Job Summary
Act as a trusted technical partner during customer onboarding, implementation, and adoption while troubleshooting issues and owning resolutions from investigation to completion. Lead Proof of Concepts and Proof of Value engagements by configuring environments and workflows to demonstrate product value, partnering with Solutions and Sales teams to support deal progression. Build and maintain representative customer environments to validate releases against real-world use cases before deployment, providing actionable feedback to Product and Engineering teams. Capture customer feedback and product insights to help create scalable implementation processes and technical documentation. Become the primary owner of technical post-sales execution for smaller engagements within 6–12 months, reducing interruptions caused by support and deployment issues.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in a customer-facing technical role such as Solutions Engineering, Technical Consulting, Implementation Engineering, Support Engineering, or similar
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Comfortable working directly with enterprise customers
- Experience supporting software deployments, integrations, or technical implementations
- Able to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Comfortable operating with ambiguity and taking ownership of outcomes
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
Desired Qualifications
- Experience within Software Engineering, QA, Test Automation, or Test Data Management
- Experience supporting enterprise software products
- Exposure to regulated industries such as Financial Services
- Familiarity with cloud infrastructure and modern software delivery practices
