Job Summary
Deliver compelling technical demos to clients showcasing platform capabilities and integration processes. Deploy APIs, SDKs, and UXs directly into client architectures by writing glue code and executing basic API calls. Troubleshoot campaigns by investigating issues and rectifying problems while collaborating cross-functionally with Account Management and Engineering teams. Translate complex technical discussions into clear build requirements and actively implement AI tools to streamline repetitive tasks. This role requires hands-on coding, debugging in client-facing environments, and interpreting campaign data metrics. Candidates must be authorized to work in the US without sponsorship, based in the NYC tri-state area, and commit to 3–4 days in the Midtown office.
Required Qualifications
- Hands-on ability to write basic glue code and successfully execute API integrations
- Comfort reading code, querying data, and debugging technical issues in client-facing environments
- Strong analytical mindset with comfort interpreting campaign data and performance metrics
- Fast, clear communicator—written, verbal, and in a whiteboard session
- Self-starter mentality with a collaborative, team-first attitude
- Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States of America without the need for visa sponsorship now or in the future
- Based in NYC (or the tri-state area) and able to commit to 3–4 days in the Midtown office
