Job Summary
Design and deploy agentic AI solutions directly into enterprise production environments, partnering with Deployment Strategists to co-build configurations, customizations, and full-stack integrations. Ship real code across Agentforce, data pipelines on Salesforce Data 360 and Snowflake, and maintain performance dashboards to track business outcomes. Work on frontier capabilities including prompts, reasoning, and tool calls while surfacing field insights to product teams. Travel approximately 25% of the time to engage with customers and partners, translating their challenges into deployable agentic systems.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of software engineering or technical delivery experience
- at least one production system you'd be proud to walk us through
- ideally in an AI tech stack, full-stack development, or working with frontier models
- a degree in Computer Science or a related field
- prior customer-facing technical delivery experience (consulting, professional services, or forward deployed engineering)
- fluent in at least one of Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, Java, or Apex
- willingness to add to the list of fluent languages as the work demands
- hands-on experience with LLMs and prompt engineering
- ability to explain why a prompt failed and what would be changed
- deep understanding of data modeling, APIs, and integration patterns

- ability to hold your own in a room with sales teams and customer architects
- ability to ship quality code

- Familiarity with agent frameworks (LangChain, LlamaIndex)

- Hands-on experience with cloud data platforms (Snowflake, Databricks, BigQuery)
- Experience across specialist AI delivery areas: data engineering, platform architecture, or headless deployments
