Job Summary
Deliver end-to-end LLM-powered Agentic workflows for enterprise clients as part of the Datagrid Customer Success Team; implement, optimize, and deploy AI agents, interacting directly with customer teams to define AI strategy, drive adoption, and deliver tangible business impact. Lead or join small teams to own high-stakes client projects, travel onsite to customer sites (often up to 50%), and ensure successful production deployment and real-world usage of AI solutions.
Required Qualifications
- Past experience building solutions with LLMs
- Strong foundation in Machine Learning basics (Evaluation, Training, Problem Decomposition)
- Strong engineering background
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, C++, TypeScript/JavaScript
- Willingness to travel
- Strong communicator and ability to translate complex technology into value for real-world users
