Job Summary
Disambiguate customer needs to shape clear use cases and solution architectures for DACH accounts. Build working prototypes and technical proofs based on approved requirements, then validate feasibility and scalability through hands-on experimentation. Translate business and architectural needs into functional, testable solutions, iterating rapidly to accelerate production readiness and generate reusable patterns. Serve as the primary technical owner for assigned accounts, driving solutions to adoption while delivering workshops, demos, and documentation fluently in German and English. Work during European business hours with on-site travel as required.
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of hands-on experience in software engineering, system integration, or related fields
- Professional fluency in both German and English (written and spoken) for customer-facing delivery
- Strong technical prototyping skills spanning APIs, data pipelines, and front-end/back-end systems
- Proven track record in ambiguous, high-impact environments, combining strong problem-solving skills with a rapid, experimentation-driven mindset
- Experience working directly with customers in technical, solution-oriented roles
- Ability to navigate between business context and deep technical execution
- Curiosity and drive to explore new approaches and push product capabilities further
- Experience contributing insights that influence product or platform evolution
- Working European business hours
- Travelling to customer sites when the engagement calls for it
- German language fluency
- English language fluency
