Own core systems end-to-end: agent platform, infrastructure, and the integrations runtime. Set engineering patterns that future hires will build on. Work directly with the founders, shipping to production continuously and shaping the system. You code with AI agents while maintaining quality, own durable deployment infrastructure, and contribute to a self-healing platform with a knowledge base that improves with every integration. Ideal candidates have shipped real, end-to-end systems multiple times and thrive in a true early-stage, in-person environment.
