Job Summary
Own the full technical delivery lifecycle, from discovery and scoping through to production deployment for private market operations clients. Work directly with customer teams to map existing workflows, surface adoption barriers, and convert customer processes into AI-driven, agentic workflows on the platform. Build customer-tailored prototypes, iterate rapidly, and make informed scope decisions in the field while translating business problems into technical solutions. Bring deployment learnings back into product development planning and roadmap discussions to identify recurring patterns and develop reusable components. This role sits at the intersection of customer success and product engineering for a founding team building an AI-powered platform that automates end-to-end private market operations.
Required Qualifications
- 1–6 years of experience in software engineering, solutions engineering, or a forward-deployed / implementation engineering role
- Proficiency in TypeScript and comfort working across a modern full-stack environment
- Experience with backend frameworks (e.g. NestJS or similar), relational databases (e.g. Postgres), and ORMs (e.g. Prisma)
- Ability to work autonomously, manage ambiguity, and communicate clearly with non-technical stakeholders
- Strong customer-facing instincts — you enjoy translating business problems into technical solutions
- This role is on-site in Berlin, Germany

Desired Qualifications
- Familiarity with AI/ML workflows, LLM orchestration, or agentic systems (e.g. Mastra or similar)
- Experience with workflow/event-driven systems (e.g. Inngest or similar)
- Frontend skills with React, TanStack, and Tailwind
- Background in or exposure to private markets, fund accounting, or financial services operations
- Experience at a similarly fast-moving early-stage B2B SaaS or AI startup
