Forward Deployed Engineer

Job Summary
Collaborate closely with clients to understand their unique challenges and operational environments, then design and implement solutions using the platform and AI agents to address their needs. Integrate AI technologies into existing enterprise systems and workflows while developing and maintaining client relationships as a technical liaison. Contribute to the continuous improvement of core products based on field experiences and client feedback, and lead training sessions to ensure successful technology adoption. This onsite role in NYC requires regular travel to client sites and up to 50% travel time.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field
- 1+ years of experience in software engineering, data science, or a similar technical role (open to new grads with solid internships and/or side projects)
- Strong programming skills, particularly in Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, or similar languages
- Experience with data analysis, machine learning, or AI technologies
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to think creatively
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Customer-facing experience and ability to build strong client relationships
- Experience building and shipping software products or features
- Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time (flexible based on project needs)
Desired Qualifications
- Knowledge of AI/ML model deployment in production environments
- Experience working in regulated industries (finance, healthcare, government)
