Forward Deployed Engineer

Embed with strategic customers to understand their mission and deliver scalable data infrastructure and integrations inside real customer environments. Design and ship AI systems that hold up under real-world conditions, data, and constraints while surfacing new problems found in the field to extend the core platform. Work hands-on across the stack, adapting quickly to unfamiliar domains and customer environments to ensure solutions work in practice. Willingness to travel and spend extended time on-site with customers is required. This role sits within the Deployment Team, partnering closely with Product Engineering to turn large physics foundation models into results for institutions making high-stakes decisions about physical systems.
