Job Summary
Lead onboarding calls and training sessions for the first 50 Assembly Platform customers, guiding them from prototype to a live, production application. Manage the full delivery lifecycle by running follow-ups, sharing project plans, maintaining customer project boards, and scheduling subsequent training sessions. Build and support production-grade applications by debugging vibe-coded projects, testing features, squashing bugs, and responding to inquiries in Slack. Own the path to launch for each client while communicating professionally in high-proficiency English. This hybrid role shapes how Assembly delivers its end-to-end application lifecycle platform to early adopters.
Required Qualifications
- Vibe coding portfolio: you must be able to point to at least five fully vibe-coded, productionized applications you've built
- AI-pilled: genuinely excited about AI and vibe coding — you stay on top of the latest open-source projects, stacks, frameworks, and packages because you want, not because you have to
- Engineering foundation: solid grounding in system design and software architecture — you can reason about how an application should be structured, not just prompt one into existence
- Client-facing experience: you've worked directly with customers before and communicate professionally, in speech and in writing, in high-proficiency English
- Support instincts: experience handling customer issues — triaging, debugging unfamiliar codebases, QA-ing, and closing the loop
- Experience: 3+ years of relevant professional experience
- Availability: comfortable working US hours (PST)
- This is a remote based position for candidates based out of Argentina
