Job Summary
Forward Deployed Engineer who will lead end-to-end customer deployments inside client environments, write production-quality code when needed, advise on scalable integration approaches, and collaborate with core engineering to translate customer learnings into reusable product improvements. You’ll work closely with strategic customers from kickoff through delivery, understand each customer’s stack and goals, and serve as a trusted technical advisor and partner to customer engineering and product teams.
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years of software engineering, solutions engineering, or customer-facing technical experience
- Strong development fundamentals
- Direct experience working with customers to solve technical problems
- Solid understanding of APIs, integrations, distributed systems, or cloud-based architectures
- Clear communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Experience with developer tools, infrastructure platforms, enterprise software, or AI-native products is a strong plus
- Familiarity with CRM, ERP, fintech, or other business systems is a bonus
