Job Summary
Forward Deployed Engineer to partner across operations, enablement, onboarding, provisioning, training, and services to identify friction and engineer scalable automation that creates measurable business impact. Design and build automation solutions using scripting, APIs, cloud technologies, and AI-enabled approaches; apply AI to modernize workflows, accelerate delivery, and improve decision-making. Lead discovery, prototyping, and implementation while improving provisioning, support operations, enablement delivery, and services execution. Build trusted partnerships with operational leaders and engineers, translating technical concepts into practical business solutions, and drive outcomes in a fast-moving, enterprise environment. This hybrid role is based out of the Houston office and focuses on delivering scalable, end-to-end operational improvements in a large commercial real estate technology organization.
Required Qualifications
- Experience building and deploying scalable automation, integration, or software solutions within complex environments
- Proficiency with APIs, scripting, cloud technologies, and AI-enabled development tools
- Ability to design and implement scalable automation solutions
- Experience leading discovery, prototyping, and implementation efforts
- Strong communication skills and ability to partner with operational leaders and cross-functional teams
- Ability to work in ambiguity and deliver outcomes in a fast-moving environment
- Interest in AI, operations, and applying engineering to real-world business problems
