Job Summary
Forward Deployed Engineer (AI & Business Transformation) embedded with client teams to redesign workflows, establish operating models, and build AI-powered proofs of concept using LLM APIs and low-code/no-code environments. Role emphasizes diagnostic assessments, hands-on prototyping, stakeholder alignment, and driving measurable ROI across enterprise transformation engagements. Remote work available with clients in LATAM region; 100% remote from assigned location as per posted benefits.
Required Qualifications
- 5 to 10 years of experience in management consulting or equivalent within enterprise technology, SaaS, or professional services
- Hands-on experience building functional AI-powered workflows, automations, and prototypes with the ability to ship working solutions
- Ability to rapidly scope and build a working proof of concept within client engagements
- Comfort working autonomously without a dedicated engineering team
- Strong diagnostic mindset with focus on root causes and process issues
- Experience operating in a forward-deployed capacity, integrating with client engineers, product leads, and operators
- Experience in large-scale organizational assessments, process redesigns, or large-scale technology rollouts (highly preferred)
- Ability to design and implement AI-enabled workflows and prototypes using LLM APIs and low-code/no-code environments
- Proven ability to influence and align senior stakeholders with evidence-based arguments
- Demonstrated capability to evaluate AI benefits versus distractions in client processes
- Proactive, self-motivated, and deliver-focused with measurable impact
