Job Summary
Lead the development and implementation of innovative software solutions to drive digital transformation within the Tax practice. Direct teams in designing, coding, and testing applications that meet evolving client needs, while collaborating with stakeholders to translate functional requirements into technical specifications. Conduct code reviews to ensure adherence to standards, troubleshoot complex issues, and validate outcomes with clients to incorporate feedback. Motivate and coach team members through ambiguity, fostering a culture of rapid experimentation and continuous learning. Manage client relationships to understand and address their evolving needs, applying systems thinking to identify underlying opportunities.
Required Qualifications
- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 6 years of experience
- Up to 80% travel
