Job Summary
Lead the development and implementation of innovative software solutions to drive digital transformation within the Tax practice. Oversee the design, coding, and testing of applications that enhance business performance and user experience while managing client engagements to address evolving needs. Guide teams in applying software engineering principles, promote advanced technology integration, and drive thought leadership by developing new ideas and structures. Balance strategic and tactical thinking to make informed decisions supporting business growth, validate data integrity and compliance within engineering frameworks, and mentor team members to foster continuous learning.
Required Qualifications
- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 8 years of experience
- Up to 80% travel
